🇵🇭 WHY THIS MEETING IS HISTORIC
For the first time, the Regulatory Board of RESA and the only real estate association actively campaigning and defending our PRC License with ACTION come together with one exclusive agenda: 🎯the 17-Year REKolorum Problem.

🎯 17 years is long enough to be silent, to be indifferent.
🎯 The problem has been discussed, posted, shared, debated, and raised in conventions, meetings, seminars, and professional gatherings with most of the time the audience are brokers themselves, Keyboard campaigns remain campaigns on a screen.

🎯 What has been missing is bringing the 17-year problem directly to the regulatory table, directly to the government agency created by RESA, itself.

🇵🇭 Today, PRBRES and AKMove will create that space. with with some of the Most Principled, Trusworty Licensed Brokers, and Salespersons. of Our Generations (MPT-REBs/MPT-RESs).

🔥 FOR THE FIRST TIME since the enactment of the Real Estate Service Act (RA 9646), a historic meeting will take place between the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) and the AKSYONkolorum Advocacy Movement (AKMove) with one exclusive agenda: The 17-year REkolorum Problem.

🚨 For more than a decade, the illegal practice has remained the most consequential issue confronting the real estate profession.

🏛️ The PRBRES-AKMove meeting is therefore more than a courtesy call. It is a long-awaited institutional dialogue on a problem that has remained largely unaddressed — if not utterly ignored — by the regulatory body.

🇵🇭 AKMove persisted — the first request was made in February 2026, and on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, finally, the long-awaited meeting with PRBRES will take place.

💥 After 17 years, it's time to address the "elephant in the room".

🤝 The NREA Metro Rizal Chapter and the AKSYONkolorum Advocacy Movement (AKMove) are joining forces in a shared commitment to bring AKSYON to an issue that has long affected the real estate industry: the continuing practice of unlicensed and unaccredited real estate practice.

This is not an alliance built on words alone.
