AKMove National Chairman and the Founding Advocate simplified how enforcement of RA 9646 + PD 957 can be effectively undertaken by PNP against REKs (REkolorums) ... not merely theoretical regulations, but ENFORCEABLE legal mechanisms!

AKSYONkolorum Movement demonstrated how AKMove is steadily enforcing active industry compliance, systematic reporting of violations, and strategic filing of cases under RESA + The Buyer's Protective Decree within the legal framework of the Five Pillars of the Justice System.

For the first time in many years, there is now a legitimate organization openly pushing back against the widespread proliferation of REkolorums — a long-unregulated, unaddressed, feared, tolerated, and normalized problem within the real estate sector for more than 15 years.

After the AKMove enforcement briefing, the biggest civilian armed forces of the Republic is now committed to receive complaints from Licensed Real Estate Brokers (REBs) on the ground.

What it rejects is UNFAIR competition.

In real estate, FAIR competition means playing by the rules under RA 9646, PD 957 and all related laws — where licensed and accredited professionals compete on merit, ethics, and service.

A law that is not enforced becomes a suggestion
— and in real estate, that suggestion has been exploited for years.

Illegal practice did not thrive because the law was weak
— it thrived because licensed brokers stayed indifferent, afraid and complicit.

REkolorums did not grow from weak laws, but from the silence of those sworn to uphold them.
