Safety is always our priority at Sailability Tauranga! Our August training day was a great opportunity for our volunteers to refresh their skills, share their knowledge and learn from each other. ⛵ Let’s try that again, shall we?

After last week’s weather had other ideas, we’re excited to officially kick off our summer sailing schedule!☀️🌊

From now on, we will be sailing every week, weather permitting.

We’re aiming to sail this Thursday, with sessions from 11am to 2:30 pm.

Can’t make it? Please let us know as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Just a friendly reminder that sailing is cancelled for today 1st September due to high winds. The safety of our sailors and volunteers always comes first.

We’re looking forward to getting back out on the water next Thursday, weather permitting. ☀️⛵

Sorry, that was a little presumptuous of me! Unfortunately, sailing has been cancelled tomorrow due to the high winds. Better to be safe than sorry. 🌬️

We’re excited to let you know that we’re now on our summer sailing schedule. So our sailing days will be either Tuesday or Thursday weekly.

If you can’t make a sailing session, please inform us straight away so we can plan accordingly.

A few photos from Thursday! ⛵ Although the breeze was light, we still had a great time on the water. It was fantastic to have the Nexo back out after its additional ballast and stanchions were fitted. We hope to see you at our next sailing day!
