The Incredible Years | Ngā Tau Mīharo is a FREE 14-week parenting programme for parents and caregivers of tamariki aged 3–8 years.

Learn practical, positive strategies to:
✨ Encourage good behaviour
✨ Manage challenging moments
✨ Build stronger relationships
✨ Create a calmer, more connected home

Led by experienced facilitators in a safe, supportive group environment, this popular course is full of real-life tools, shared laughter, encouragement, and connection with other parents walking the same road. ☕
