NO SOCCER TONIGHT

Hey guys
It’s pretty wet, cold and wild out there again tonight, we just can’t seem to catch a break with this weather. I’m also sick and not keen to be out in this weather. We have decided to postphone tonight’s games, they will be played next Tuesday and the competition extended by a week.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Let’s hope we get a couple of nice sunny Tuesday evenings coming up.

Twilight Mixed Soccer will start on TUESDAY, 14th October. Registrations close on 5th October.
Rules and further information are also available on the Twilight Sports Website. (12 max - 8 min per team - 5 players on the field).

Please complete the following registration form to enter your team for the Twilight Soccer tournament.
All rego forms will be printed after the due date, and then changes will need to be made on the printed rego sheet, which the event managers will have.
Teams can have up to 12 players registered in their team. 12 players max per team sheet - additional players can be added for $10 per player as long as another player is deregistered from the team sheet. (if the removed player wants to play again, they will need to re-register for $10).
** If the team captain can register the team, we will send the captain your team rego link to register each player.

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID TO BE INCLUDED IN THE DRAW
Reminder: You must have at least 1 female or 1 youth player (10 -14 years of age is a youth) on the field at all times.
NOTE: To make it easier, the team captain can register the team and themselves and then submit the registration; once submitted, you will receive an email with your team's registration link for team members to enter themselves.

TWILIGHT ENTRIES ARE OPEN FOR ONE WEEK ONLY ~ GET YOUR TEAM TOGETHER.
A quick reminder that our Twilight Competitions are about community, fun, and keeping the game alive, this is not the Olympics!

Sportsmanship is a must. As we encourage our younger generation to get involved, please be mindful that your conduct and behaviour set the tone for them. We expect all players, coaches and supporters to compete with respect, fairness, and integrity at all times.

Additionally, please ensure you enter the appropriate grade for your team. Our Twilight Competitions have clearly defined grades as stated below (if not enough teams entered into grades, the grades may be merged.

If you find it difficult to manage yourself in a competitive situation, we ask you to consider your involvement in these competitions. Unsportsmanlike comments, whether on or off the court (including social media), will not be taken lightly.

➡️ BUSINESS HOUSE: For business or work-based social teams
➡️ SOCIAL: For players who want to give basketball a go, and you are not there just to win, it is purely social.
➡️ COMPETITIVE: There for a good game of basketball with a competitive mindset.

A massive thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this season such a success. The spirit and enthusiasm from all teams have been incredible, and it’s been great to see new and returning players making the most of the games each week.

A special shout-out to our Event Manager, Caitlyn, for your dedication and effort in keeping everything running smoothly. Your hard work behind the scenes makes Twilight Soccer the great event that it is!

With this season now wrapped up, we look forward to kicking off again on 7th October 2025. Mark your calendars and get ready for another round of action!
