All ticket holders’ names will be on the door on the night, so you’ll still be able to check in smoothly.

Hello lovely Pie Fundraisers! 🥧

Just a friendly reminder that your pies will be ready for pickup at the Arrowtown School Hall on Thursday, 9th October 2025.

A small team of wonderful volunteers will be there from 3:00–4:00pm to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll have lists of all names and orders on hand, so collection will be quick and easy.

Please note — there’s no room to store pies after 4:00pm, so it’s really important that all orders are collected during the pickup window.
