24 Hours Luge done. OMG how good. When I get off my high I will share what was a amazing weekend shared with some truely great people.
P.S Is it wrong to think about going for a 10k run after doing 24 hours on the luge.

The journey over the past few weeks has been the highest of highs, the lowest of lows.

I had few comments around my post with myself and Mike King .
That I looked scared.
Which is far from it....

Truth, the mind was mentally toasted, drained and pretty much done.

5.30am start, strength training then rest of the day on the phone to lawyers about a house that we are selling, accountants, IRD, ACC as well a job offer and not knowing how that may or may not look. Plus this Luge has taken alot of my time up.

It's fair to say, it's bloody hard to look shape ever day.

Life is bout timing and sometimes stepping back and taking time out, is the best method to move forward.

There is moments that help get your mind back into the game.

This video was just that, and one to be inspired by,

Google NEDD BROCKMANN 🏃 and you will understand that I don't need to explain much bout him.
add in to the mix the great Israel Adesanya turning up to run with Nedd.
Adesanya is my man,
His fighting style is slick, his striking is like poetry, free flowing and unscripted.
He is hated by some, loved by many.
What he is to myself is someone iv looked up to for a number of years
We share the same path growing up.
Singled out and judged for been different
Been told you won't become anything in life.
