Our Community Crotchet and Knitting group have been busy creating warm winter woolies for various group of tamariki within our community. If you would like to join, the group meet Wednesdays 10 - 12pm crotchet and 1pm - 3pm knitting. First week at Pahiatua Library, all other weeks at Help N Hand, 42 Main Street, Pahiatua. Yarn, hooks and needles, instructions provided.

Community Crotchet & Knitting Group: Wednesdays 10am-3pm. During April and May, the group will focus on slippers, hat and tops for tamariki in chosen community groups. Come along and help create winter warmth for those in need within our district.

We are so grateful to the community for their donations; we love to recycle clean & tidy clothing, unbroken homewares and books that are in good condition.
Despite signs on our window, we do have items dumped on our doorstep when not open. Whilst we understand the community wants to donate so that others can benefit, we can only accept donations when we are open. Wednesdays 10am - 12noon, Thursday 10am - 3pm. Thank you

Community Crotchet & Knitting Group - during March our project will be the Virus Shawl. Starting Wednesday 4 March at Pahiatua Library and then every Wednesday at Help N Hand 42 Main Street from 10am. If you can chain and double crotchet, you can make one too. Bring some wool and a hook and we will show you how. Beginners welcome
