Paeroa Bluelight were very proud sponsors of the Thames Valley Rugby Union U18 Girls this season.💙

We had a few of the girls give back, by volunteering at our disco held on Friday night & we think that's pretty neat. 🪩

These young girls show alot of heart, passion and promise. Although thier rugby campaign has come to an end we wish them all the very best for the bright future ahead 💙🏉

On Sunday 13 September, Paeroa Blue Light supported a group of local rangatahi to enjoy a full day of fun and new experiences at Rainbow's End 🎢💙

For six of our rangatahi, this was their first time visiting Auckland, let alone Rainbow’s End. We feel incredibly grateful to have helped create an opportunity that may otherwise have been out of reach.

This day was made possible through collective effort:

💙 A huge mihi to Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki and Healthy Families Te Ngira for collaborating with us and sponsoring the use of the vans.

💙 Another mihi to Ngā Wai Tapara for coming alongside us and bringing a group of rangatahi they already work closely with in our community.

💙 A special thank you to our absent committee members who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring everything together, even though they could not be there to enjoy the day alongside our rangatahi. Their mahi made this experience possible.

When local organisations bring together their relationships, knowledge and resources, we can remove barriers and create amazing opportunities for rangatahi in our communities.

Keep an eye on our page for more upcoming events!

Do you know a young person who would love the opportunity to experience a day at Rainbow's End?

Paeroa Bluelight is excited to be taking a group of local tamariki and rangatahi on a fun-filled adventure to Rainbow's End on Sunday, 13 September 2026.

This opportunity is aimed at young people who may not often have the chance to enjoy experiences like this. We would love to help create lasting memories, build confidence, and give our local youth a day filled with fun, laughter, and connection.

To be eligible, children must be Year 5 or above (approx. 9years or older)

🎟️ How to apply:
Simply send us a Facebook Messenger (DM) with:
• Your child's name
• Their year and age
• A few sentences telling us why you think they would benefit from attending this trip.

🌟 Limited spaces are available, so we encourage you to get your applications in as soon as possible.

We can't wait to read your messages and help make this a day to remember for some deserving young people in our community. 💙
