Kia Ora Whanau! Just a wee vid on what we're about at The Pregnancy Choice Centre & Koha Shop in Kaikohe!

Please help us keep a safe environment for our volunteers and customers! There's simply no need to take or steal items from our back sorting area. Everything that gets sorted goes out the front for everyone to get for a koha anyway.

NO CLOTHING donations at The Koha Shop until further notice.

The shop & storeroom are full again! Please come in and get as much as you can for a koha. Eftpos available.

Still accepting baby gear, toys & household items during opening hours weekdays 9am-2.30pm. No electricals.

Please don't leave donations outside the shop. They get wet and strewn everywhere. It's unfair on our volunteers to clean up the mess!

Accepting clothing and other donations in good clean working condition. Except for electricals & underpants.

Please please be kind to our volunteers. Check your clothing donations first. NO stained, pilly, damaged, unwashed items. We can't give them for koha. They also slow us down sorting them. When we're given too many we have to regularly not accept clothing donations until we get through the overload. Sometimes this takes up to 2-3 weeks! We also have to wait for more clothing to be sold before we can put more out.

HARI HURITAU to the Mid North Pregnancy Choice Centre & Koha Shop! 🎊🎉

Five years ago we started from humble beginnings providing free Pregnancy testing and support, a children's play area, music & movement, free cuppas & friendly chats, as well as items available for koha.

To still providing Pregnancy testing and support, a smaller play area and a larger shopping area with shelves, baskets and racks bursting with loads of books, toys, clothes, shoes and alsorts of household items still available for koha.

Our team thank you, our local & wider communities for the ongoing support and incredible amounts of donations that we've been able to continuously provide on a koha basis making it far more affordable for whanau . As well as being more sustainable repurposing items through our communities. You've helped make our kaupapa the success it is!
