It was tight but the fight in the Metro Blue was enough at the 70 to pull away and confirm the Plate title 🥳

Unreal effort and some absolute stand out moments across the board 🫡

Congratulations boys! 🏆

Wear the Golden O with pride today and you could win!

👀 Keep an eye out, Otago fans!

Throw on your best Blue & Gold today and you could score a double pass to Saturday’s quarter-final against Hawke’s Bay.

Whether you’re grabbing a coffee at the Esplanade, shopping at the mall, or strolling the streets of Dunedin, our Otago players will be out and about between 12pm and 2pm looking for proud Otago supporters.

If they spot you in your colours, you could be heading to Forsyth Barr Stadium on us! 💙💛

Yesterday evening, the Country boys were fortunate to have former Country member and current Canterbury NPC member Lachie Gunson come in and share some stories from his career through Country Rugby at Clutha Valley to overseas footy and back to NZ with the Hurricanes region and now Canterbury

The boys loved hearing these and learning about what it takes to make it through rugby and the ability to work outside of rugby to enjoy the sport even more off the field

Appreciate the time Lachie, the boys loved every second of it!

OC Proud 🙌💙💛
