A Communal Loaf Making bread together. A Communal Loaf is a project setup to explore growing wheat and baking bread in the Christchurch region.

As the project develops the idea of setting up a community bakery will be looked at. The ultimate aim is to make great tasting bread, from locally grown wheat.
