The MALOSI Project AGM 2025 🥂

On the 3rd of October, we hosted our Annual General Meeting and Gala Dinner to celebrate our incredible volunteers and present the executive team’s annual reports.

It was a heartwarming evening of reflection—looking back on the year that’s passed and acknowledging the dedication of our executive team and volunteers, who have worked tirelessly to ensure The MALOSI Project continues to fulfil its purpose.

We feel incredibly blessed to have had a fruitful year, and we hope everyone who engaged with our initiatives found them meaningful and empowering 🤎

Kia Ora MALOSI Team,

We hope you are all well and that you are all managing the exam season smoothly!🙌🏽

We are very excited to announce we will be partnering with . We are looking for some passionate Pacific law volunteers (Part II and above) to help with a very special event happening out in West Auckland. On June 26th, we’ll be facilitating an exciting debate event as part of the West Auckland Pasifika Festival — an event that beautifully blends Pasifika culture with academia.

If you’re free and don’t have exams during this time, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved, meet like-minded peers, and be part of something impactful in the West Auckland community. Plus, there will be delicious food to enjoy while you volunteer!

The event will be live-streamed, and we are privileged to have some incredible judges:

Dr. Claire Achmad – Chief Children’s Commissioner

Riana Te Ngahue – Lawyer and Advocate

Veronica Semau – former TMP Director and University of Auckland Law Graduate.

If you’re interested, please sign up using the form link in our bio, and we will add you to the volunteer chat for all updates and coordination.
