As you know we recently completed the Talanoa Tupuaga Series/workshop and it was such a valuable experience 🙌🏼

From leadership and governance to funding and building stronger community foundations, it really helped strengthen our organisation and the way we move with purpose.

If you’re a Pacific leader or doing māhi in the community, we definitely recommend jumping on this. You won’t regret it.

We are so grateful to ANCAD for the opportunity to be part of the Talanoa Tupuaga course. A huge thank you as well to Clark Tuagalu for the way you showed up for us all with calm, clarity and patience every step of the way.  We appreciate the way you held space for everyone to learn, reflect, and grow.

This has been a season of us levelling up and refining our skills as we move Pono Boxfit into our Pono MBS era. We’ve gained knowledge, practical tools and systems that will help us grow stronger, move with more intention and continue reaching more of our communities to do even more good 😊

If you ever get the chance to be part of a future Talanoa Tupuaga course, we highly recommend it. We’ve learnt so much and leave feeling more confident, connected, and inspired for the journey ahead 🥊🖤💚❤️

Massive Thank you to everyone who showed up & brought the energy to our Boxfit class this morning. Your support means more than just a workout, it’s helping bring our community trailer project to life, which will soon be out and about doing some powerful, positive mahi in our neighbourhoods & communities soon 🤙🏽
We appreciate every punch thrown, every laugh shared, and every bit of awhi given. This is what community looks like 🙌🏽

Carrying on from last year, happy to be back at it with our Fit 4 Fun- Move with Mana program.
The awesome students from the Richard Centre at Papatoetoe high School were pumped and ready to have some fun and work up a sweat 💪🏾💪🥊
