💙 Celebrating Aotearoa Social Workers’ Day 💙

Today, we celebrate our incredible Manaaki Tangata team, our behind-the-scenes warriors who work tirelessly to support our tamariki and whānau.

Much of their mahi happens quietly: within our kura, alongside whānau, and throughout our communities. They listen without judgement, advocate when voices need strengthening, navigate challenges, create opportunities and walk beside people during some of their most difficult moments.

Their work may not always be seen, but its impact is felt every day.

To our Manaaki Tangata team - thank you for your compassion, strength, dedication and unwavering commitment to our community. We see you, we value you, and we appreciate everything you do.

🌿 Living Resourcefully in action!

Our participants have been learning practical, everyday ways to live more sustainably—from growing kai and composting food scraps to creating useful household products.

Living Resourcefully is about sharing knowledge, building confidence and helping our whānau make small changes that are good for their homes, their wallets and te taiao. 💚

Join us every Tuesday to explore simple ways to reduce waste, recycle right, rethink what we throw away, make better use of food scraps & household resources and take home something useful made from what you would already have at home.
