“Balance does not mean merely balancing the body. Balance in the body is the foundation for balance in life. In whatever position one is in, or in whatever condition in life one is placed, one must find balance. Balance is the state of the present — the here and now. If you balance in the present, you are living in Eternity.”

- B.K.S Iyengar

This is a favourite quote for . Elena, who regularly holds classes at the and online with , is teaching the 9.30am class today.

We’re grateful Elena is able to share her skills with our little yoga school, west of everywhere.

THIS weekend, 10- 4pm Sat and Sunday I will be part of the fabulous Open Studios Waitākere once again.
This year though I am hosting alongside the fabulous Michele Johnson from the Piha Schoolhouse, behind the West Coast Gallery as my roads are still being repaired from Cyclone Gabrielle.
Please make this part of your weekend! There are some amazing studios to visit over the weekend, so make a day or it! Or 2!
Wine and nibbles provided for your efforts...😉

See you there ❤️
