Many natural Springs , Lake , Rivers , Snow white mountains , trekking , Jungle safari , hiking , bicycling , tenting , campaigning scouting , Annapurna Trekking , Langtang Trekking , white water Rafting , Bird Watching , Purposeful Travelling , Home Stay & Farm House Stay and many more activities happen in these Naturally Heaven Region of Nepal Like many beautiful tigers ,elephants ,Dolphins ,peacock and beautiful birds in this region in Nepal the Nature gave birth to a brave girl Child near by Lumbini ,birth Palace of Lord Buddha. She had to grow and study with very less facilities and less opportunities like millions of many other girls in Nepal. Since Her early childhood ,She had to witness painful failure of her Farmer Parents in farming Agrobased business such as Poultry ,vegetable farming , Pig Keeping and so on .During her High School in Village ,She had to work in her Parents Farm because the Farm was the only means of income for her family .Unfortunately her parents were always in Loss just because her Parents were lacking with knowledge of proper well planned farming , such as lack of technology , lack of marketing skills and so many other challenges which most of traditional lay-man local poor farmers suffer from . No matter how hard her parents and herself worked in their poultry and other farm but finally they had always a Loss. This was the reason that her Parents went into a terrible debt such terrible that they had to sell their only house with a piece of Land to pay back the loan caused due to frequent losses in the farming business for several Years .This was the only piece of Land where they were doing their Farming business , her Family were in trouble because they were in debt and left with no piece of Land nor a house to live in .It was then , ,first time in her life She realized that she needed the knowledge and skills of Business and mainly the skills of Agropreneurship so that She could success in Farming Business and she could help thousands of poor Farmers all over Nepal who always had a Loss from their farming business just because they do not have marketing skills ,Agrobusiness Skills , lack in technology , lack in business plan , lack in promotion , lack in branding of their agro products and so on . In the mean time ,She completed her High School education from the Village School somehow and she wanted to continue her further Higher Education in Kathmandu but her parents were not in situation to support her study financially . But , wherever is the will there is the Way , She came to Kathmandu with a big dream of Business Study so that She could learn business skills .In spite of ,financial challenge she continued her Business Study in a Kathmandu Business University and she started working as a Mentee & Intern Student in a reputed Agrobased & AgroTourism based Company “ KG Group “ to develop her skills and build her capacity and to make some income for her University fee and survival .By working in this Company She not only was making income for her survival plus college University expenses but also she was gaining skills like PR Skills , Marketing Skills , Product Design Skills , Value Added Skill, Business Plan , SWOT Analysis , Financial Analysis ,Challenge Listing & Address Skill , Business Management Skill ,Training and so many skills related to technologies and she went on becoming capable and confident day by day .She has started as an Entry Level Staff when she joined the Company but gradually due to her hard working and capacity she was promoted frequently and finally She reached the Senior Position as Director of Business Development of that Company .As a BD Director she had to deal with everything of the business Department .She latter realized that Nepal Tourism is still lacking to be promoted. She learnt that World Tourists Trend today is "Travel with Purpose " " Go Green & Organic " " Learn & Share while Travel " And Hence She has come with idea of Nepal Agro Home Stay & Organic Farm House to market and promote Agro Tourism , Cultural Tourism ,Adventurous Tourosm , Research Tourism , Spiritual Tourism , Travel With Purpose Tourism. By marketing and Promoting all these village home stay and Organic Farm House by utilizing the strength of Travel with Purpose Tourism .For implementing her this idea and to help local farmers generate income through Agro-Tourism she has finally come with idea of helping local farmers of all over Nepal open homestay and Organic Farm House .And She is herself playing the important role of marketing farmers home stay , farm house and their organic products and help local farmers succes in farming so that many thousands of Nepalese Youth would also love to engage into farming & tourism instead of migrating abroad. She thinks that Nepal can be rebuilt in this way . She continued struggling in Kathmandu for many years .In Kathmandu she went on gaining skills of business , marketing , Business Plan ,some farming technology such as Hydroponics , Aquaponics , Rabbit Farming , Integrated Organic Farming , Agro Tourism , Homestay Management , and many other skills. In the mean time She met Youths like Mr.Prakash from Jumala the Far Western Rural Region , Prabin Thapa From Tanahu District , Surendra from Ilam District and many other youths from different Part of Nepal who were all dreaming like her to do something in Nepal as Agropreneurs instead of going abroad.And the Company She worked for longer has offerd all the support such as offices in Kathmandu , Farm House and Cafe in Kathmandu logistic support ,Market support ,Technology support ,Training Support stationaries and supplies and almost everything Her Team of youth Agropreneurs need and may need. Her Name is Deepika Basnet .Millions of Nepalese youths like Deepika and her friends choose to migrate abroad but Deepika and Her Friends have chosen the Agripreneurship in their own village in their own Country, Nepal. Deepika and her friends are dreaming to rebuild a cleaner ,greener , organic and more sustainable Nepal and thus AGROPRENEUR’S NEPAL has been registered and founded.
