Leadership Workshop Successfully Conducted at VIN HQ

On 13th March, VIN staff and volunteers participated in a Leadership Workshop at VIN HQ facilitated by our international volunteer, Gerard Bastiaansen. Using insights from the 16 Personalities framework, participants explored how self awareness can improve teamwork, collaboration, and meaningful relationships in both professional and community settings. The workshop created an engaging space for learning, discussion, and personal development.

We sincerely thank Gerard Bastiaansen for leading this insightful and inspiring session and for sharing his knowledge and experience with the VIN team.
