Real self-care gives you real peace:

Negative self-talk happens automatically, especially when scrolling online or getting dressed in the morning. But just because a thought pops into your head doesn't mean it is true, fair, or helpful.

Here is how to Flip the Script today:

1. Notice it: Catch the thought in the moment.
2. Apply the Best Friend Test: Would you say those exact words to a friend you love? If not, drop the mic on that thought.
3. Reframe it: Shift the thought toward neutrality, function, or kindness.
