Londa Pulse Cameroon | Recap

On Tuesday, Paradigm Initiative (PIN), in partnership with Civic Watch Cameroon, explored Cameroon’s findings in the 2025 Londa Report, followed by a screening of PIN’s latest short film, The Signal.

The day closed with an open exchange bringing together journalists, lawyers, state institutions, civil society and other stakeholders.

Good policies don’t happen in a vacuum.

It happens when the right people are in the room, evidence is on the table, and difficult questions are given space. Through the Digital Policy Engagement Series (DIPES), Paradigm Initiative brings together policymakers, civil society, researchers, technology actors and other stakeholders to unpack some of Africa’s most pressing digital policy questions.

From emerging technologies to online freedoms, DIPES is about turning conversations into informed action and making policy go beyond text on paper to a positive impact on people.
