新山宽柔中学学长团 愛我寬柔，造福人群是我們的信念
在肩負着前人的信念下將學長精神發揚光大！

1971年4月27日，一群本着「愛我寬柔，造福人群」信念的年輕人，在聯課活動處成立了新山寬柔中學學長團。一直以來，學長們都秉持着五大宗旨，盡心盡力爲全體師生作出不少貢獻：

1. 維持紀律，樹立良好的校風。
2. 激發學生自動、自發和自治的精神。
3. 照顧學生的福利。
4. 推動各項有意義的活動，鼓勵同學向上向善。
5. 共施、共享、共有。
