（2026年7月22日）今天非常高兴有机会与 PERKESO Johor 团队进行交流，特别感谢 Mr. Tong Sing Chuang（Pengarah PERKESO Johor） 及各位代表的热情接待与详细分享。
此次交流，我们更深入了解了 LINDUNG24（SKBBK） 与 SOCSO 之间的区别，以及各项保障计划的定位与作用。
经过深入了解后，我们认为 LINDUNG24（SKBBK） 确实是一项值得关注的员工保障计划。虽然在 2026 年 8 月 31 日前，员工仍可自行登录 PERKESO 官方网站注册并选择 Opt-Out（自愿退出） 该计划，但我们建议大家在作出决定前，先充分了解计划内容、保障范围及所带来的价值，再作出最适合自己的选择。
此外，我们也进一步认识了 MYFutureJobs 平台的运作与优势。在当前招聘市场充满挑战的情况下，许多雇主都面临招募人才的困难，而 MYFutureJobs 作为政府提供的免费招聘平台，无疑为企业提供了一个寻找优质人才的有效渠道，也值得更多企业善加利用。
作为柔佛州中小微企业公会，我们一直希望把更多政府资源、政策资讯及企业福利带给会员和企业界。因此，我们也计划在近期举办一场 「PERKESO 企业交流座谈会」，邀请 PERKESO 官员与企业面对面交流，让雇主更深入了解自身权益、员工保障计划，以及如何善用政府提供的各项资源与服务。

(22th July 2026) It was a pleasure to meet and engage with the representatives from PERKESO Johor, especially Mr. Tong Sing Chuang, Director of PERKESO Johor, together with his team. We truly appreciate their time and the valuable insights shared during our discussion.
One of the key topics covered was the difference between LINDUNG24 (SKBBK) and SOCSO, helping us better understand the purpose, coverage, and role of each scheme.
After gaining a clearer understanding, we believe that LINDUNG24 (SKBBK) is a valuable employee protection initiative. Although employees may still register through the PERKESO portal and choose to opt out of the scheme before 31 August 2026, we encourage everyone to first understand the benefits and importance of the programme before making an informed decision.
We also had the opportunity to learn more about MYFutureJobs, a government-supported recruitment platform. In today’s challenging hiring environment, many employers face difficulties in attracting suitable talent. MYFutureJobs offers a free and effective platform that connects employers with potential quality candidates, making it a valuable resource for businesses.
As the MSME Association of Johor, we are committed to helping businesses better understand and leverage government initiatives and support programmes. We are therefore planning to organise a PERKESO Employer Engagement Session in the near future, providing employers with the opportunity to interact directly with PERKESO officers, gain a better understanding of their rights and responsibilities, and learn how to maximise the benefits of available government resources.
