🌟 SUTMC 156th Regular Meeting 🌟

✨ Have you ever felt like something is missing, but you just can't quite put your finger on what it is? Sometimes, our spark gets buried under routines, responsibilities, setbacks, or simply the busyness of everyday life. But the spark is still there—we just need to rediscover it. 🔥

Join us for the 156th Regular Meeting of Sutera Utama Toastmasters Club, where we explore the theme “Find Your Spark” and take a journey to rediscover what excites us, motivates us, and gives meaning to what we do. 🌱✨

Whether you are a seasoned Toastmaster, a new member, or joining us for the first time, you're warmly invited to an evening filled with prepared speeches, spontaneous Table Topics, thoughtful evaluations, and meaningful conversations.

Sometimes, finding your spark isn't about discovering something completely new. It can be about remembering what once made you curious, passionate, or excited. It could be a hobby you left behind, a dream you stopped pursuing, a challenge that pushed you to grow, or even a simple moment that reminded you why you started in the first place. 🌟

🏸💙 Good People. Great Conversations. Stronger Together.

Toastmasters is often associated with speeches, meetings and public speaking.

But building a strong club also means building real friendships and meaningful connections.

That’s why we're stepping away from the microphone and onto the badminton court! 😄

Join the Sutera Utama Toastmasters Club Badminton Bonding Activity for a morning of exercise, laughter, conversations and friendship.

No professional badminton skills required. Whether you're a Toastmaster, a guest, a friend or a family member — you're welcome to join us.

📅 24 October 2026, Saturday
⏰ 10:00 AM onwards
📍 Sutera Sports, Taman Sutera Utama, Skudai
🍽️ Lunch together after the game

Because sometimes the best conversations don't happen during a meeting.

They happen between games, over lunch, and while sharing a laugh together. ❤️

🏸 Play • Connect • Have Fun • Grow Together

Bring your friends and family along.

See you on the court!

🇲🇾 Every Malaysian has a story. What’s yours?

At our 155th Hybrid Meeting, TM Ong Yan Wen stepped forward and shared her prepared speech:

🎤 “Malaysian Girl”

Through her speech, she showed us something important — public speaking is not only about standing in front of an audience.

It is about having the courage to share our experiences, our identity and the stories that make us who we are.

🏆 Congratulations to TM Ong Yan Wen, our Best Prepared Speech Speaker!

Every confident speaker started somewhere.

Maybe with nervousness.
Maybe with uncertainty.
Maybe simply with one decision:

“Today, I’m going to try.”

If you have a story inside you, perhaps it is time to give it a voice. 🌱

Come experience Toastmasters with us and discover how one speech at a time can build confidence, communication skills and leadership.
