ة الكرك جنوب العاصمة عمان، تهدف إلى بناء وتعزيز قدرات الشباب والمرأة بما يسهم في تمكينهم اقتصاديا وسياسيا وقانونيا والارتقاء بمهاراتهم إلى الاحترافية وتوفير فرص المشاركة المتكافئة الفعالة في تنمية المجتمع ضمن إطار يحترم مبادئ الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان وسيادة القانون.
الرسالة :
تفعيل دور مؤسسات المجتمع المدني بما يساهم في تعزيز وإدماج شرائح المجتمع في عملية صنع القرار، وخصوصاً فئتي الشباب والمرأة وذلك من خلال العمل على بناء قدراتهم وتثقيفهم وزيادة وعيهم بمفاهيم ومتطلبات التنمية المجتمعية الشاملة والمستدامة.
الرؤيا :
الوصول إلى مجتمع يسوده تكافؤ الفرص، وتكريس العدالة وترسيخ نهج التشاركية وفق أفضل الممارسات الدولية وبما ينسجم مع الإطار القانوني والمصلحة الوطنية، وذلك من خلال أدوات نوعية يمكن بناؤها وفقاًلمتطلبات تطبيق البرامج وسبل إنجاحها.
خطة المركز المستقبلية :
يسعى المركز لتوسيع نطاق عمله من حيث الفئات المستهدفة والبرامج المنفذة، والانتشار جغرافيا في شمال ووسط وجنوب المملكة سعيا لتعزيز فرص الوصول لمختلف فئات المجتمع في اكتساب الخبرات والمهارات التي يقدمها المركز.
الأهداف:
1. تعزيز مبدأ سيادة القانون واحترام حقوق الإنسان المدنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.
2. رفع الوعي المجتمعي بمفاهيم الحاكمية الرشيدة والمواطنة الفاعلة.
3. رفع الوعي لدى فئة الشباب حول مفاهيم الديمقراطية والمواطنة الصالحة بما يسهم في تعزيز مشاركتهم الفاعلة في مختلف المجالات.
4. بناء وتعزيز قدرات المرأة في المجتمعات المحلية وإكسابها المهارات والمعارف اللازمة بما يسهم في تعزيز وصولها لمواقع صنع القرار.
5. رفع الوعي المجتمعي بمفاهيم وآليات المشاركة في عملية صنع القرار ضمن الأطر القانونية النافذة.
6. تعزيز مساهمة المرأة في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية.

A national institution established in 2017 in the governorate of Karak, south of the capital Amman, its main aim is to build and strengthen the capacities of youth and women in order to contribute to their economic, political and legal empowerment and raise their skills to professionalism by providing opportunities for equal and effective participation in the development of society within a framework that respects the principles of democracy, human rights and the rule of law. The message:
Activating the role of civil society organizations in order to promote and integrate different segments of society in the decision-making process, especially amongst youth and women, through building their capacities and educating them by raising their awareness about the concepts and requirements of comprehensive and sustainable community development. Vision:
Reachinga society of equal opportunities for everyone, the establishment of justice and the consolidation of participatory approaches in accordance with international best practices and in line with the legal framework and the national interest, through the use of specific tools that can be built according to the requirements of the implementation of programs and ways of success. Future Plans of the Center:
The Center seeks to expand its work in terms of target groups and implemented programs, and to spread geographically in the north, center and south of the Kingdom of Jordan in an effort to enhance access to various sectors of society by acquiring the expertise and skills provided through the Center. Raising the awareness of the community with the concepts of good governance and active citizenship.
3. Raising awareness among youth about the concepts of democracy and good citizenship so as to enhance their active participation in different fields.
4. Building and strengthening the capacity of women in local communities and equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge allowing them to reach decision-making positions.
5. Raising community awareness of the concepts and mechanisms of participation in the decision-making process within the legal framework.
