YNDI is an International and local Network, our journey has started since the year 2007 in serving the community and youth of Jordan which works with young people mainly rely work on the basis of youth to youth, and specializes mainly in work to support young people to build and enhance the capability and capacity to serve the interests of their society. Themes of YNDI:
– Knowledge: Achieve the kn

owledge by exercises innovative interactive action, motivate young people to participate and increaser the understanding of community and the self-worth, provide information and skills to young people through the responsible trainer and give those new skills and real knowledge.
– Integration in the community: Through a social network for the project consisting of youth organizations that provide projects, activities and posts for young people that youth interest and enhance the skills and personal humanity, including international, regional and local initiatives, activities, conferences, youth exchange, adventure and exploration, Debates, services, skills, Sports, Science and literature, etc.…
-Youth to youth: Give the opportunity for young people for building and tender through participation in training and rehabilitation dual sides of the same age (youth to youth).
– Innovation: Through training on making short films and open web page for marketing and display works and advertising to be able to achieve the success and the highlight on the talent and creativity they have. Mission: Knowledge Transfer through professional vocational training related to the needs and structure of society, while working to promote the youth sector and implementing European voluntary projects in order to enable them to play a constructive role in their communities and influencing others and motivating them through real opportunities to work, participate, and give with achievement and creativity. Our goals:
- Development of civil society through the promotion of the youth sector to take the real roles in the community.
- Preparation of youth leaders through programs dealing with the development of their skills and embrace their creativity.
- Open horizons of young people and expand their knowledge by introducing them to other cultures around the world.
- Support and develop the field of crafts for young people by raising awareness of mental and broadening cultural understanding in the field of scientific research.
- expand the trends of youth in the field of knowledge and scientific research to adopt creative ideas among young people by providing support in all its forms.

YNDI has implemented two local multiplier events through FAIR project on 16th May 2026 in Amman and on 23rd May in Ajloun, financed by the Erasmus+ capacity building in the field of youth.
The main objective of the events is to engage with stakeholders and key figures in youth work in Jordan to share and disseminate the intellectual outputs identified of the core values booklet, competence model and the training model relevant to cooperation in the Euro-Med region under the Capacity Building of Youth project "FAIR".
The discussions focused on the potential areas for collaboration with stakeholders and representatives of local organizations among the country.

In youth work, behavior speaks — it can show trust, fear, belonging, or resistance.
In FAIR, behavior becomes a mirror and a movement: a way to reflect, connect, and create change together. ✊💫
