إصدار جديد | تقرير منتصف المدة بشأن الاستعراض الدوري الشامل للأردن
أصدر مركز المعلومات والبحوث – مؤسسة الملك الحسين تقرير منتصف المدة للمجتمع المدني بشأن تنفيذ توصيات الدورة الرابعة للاستعراض الدوري الشامل المتعلقة بحقوق العمال المهاجرين واللاجئين وطالبي اللجوء، والذي يغطي الفترة من كانون الثاني 2024 إلى آب 2026.
يرصد التقرير التقدم المحرز والتدابير المتخذة، ويحدد الفجوات القانونية والعملية التي لا تزال تؤثر في الوصول إلى الحقوق والحماية، بما يشمل ظروف العمل، والوصول إلى العدالة، والحماية الاجتماعية، والتعليم، والخدمات الأساسية، وسبل العيش.
استند التقرير إلى مراجعة للتشريعات والسياسات والبيانات الرسمية والمصادر الدولية، إلى جانب مشاورات مع خبراء ومنظمات مجتمع مدني ومنظمات دولية، ومعلومات وتوضيحات قدمتها الجهات الحكومية المعنية.
ويقدم التقرير تقييمًا للتوصيات التي أيدها الأردن، ويرصد التطورات المرتبطة بالتوصيات التي أحاط بها علمًا، مع تحديد إجراءات ذات أولوية لدعم المتابعة وتعزيز الحماية.

New Publication | Jordan’s UPR Mid-Term Report
The Information and Research Center – King Hussein Foundation (IRCKHF) has published its Civil Society Mid-Term Report on the implementation of recommendations from Jordan’s fourth-cycle Universal Periodic Review (UPR) relating to migrant workers, refugees and asylum-seekers. The report covers the period from January 2024 to August 2026.
The report examines progress made and measures taken, while identifying remaining legal and practical gaps in access to rights and protection, including working conditions, access to justice, social protection, education, essential services and livelihoods.
The report draws on a review of legislation, policies, official data and international sources, as well as consultations with experts, civil society organizations and international organizations. It also takes into account information and clarifications provided by relevant government entities.
It assesses the implementation of recommendations supported by Jordan, tracks developments related to recommendations that Jordan noted, and identifies priority actions to strengthen protection and support continued monitoring.
