This Labour Day, we celebrate more than work.
We celebrate unity, service, and the power of Jamaicans coming together for one common purpose.

Because when communities uplift each other, schools improve, parks shine brighter, and families thrive… Jamaica wins. 🇯🇲

As we observe Labour Day under the theme “One People, One Purpose. In All Things, Jamaica Wins,” we encourage every organization, team, and individual to contribute to meaningful community action.

More than a reading session, this was connection, inspiration, and impact. 💛

HRMAJ proudly joined the celebration of Read Across Jamaica Day with the wonderful students of Drews Avenue Infant & Primary School, sharing stories, laughter, imagination, and encouragement, one page at a time.

Moments like these remind us that literacy builds confidence, dreams, and future leaders.

Special thanks to Kemtek Development & Construction Limited and Key Insurance Company Limited for their generous book donations and for helping us make the experience even more meaningful for the students.

Together, we continue to positively impact our communities through service and partnership.

Today we showed up with books… but left with so much more.

For Read Across Jamaica Day, HRMAJ spent the morning at Drews Avenue Infant & Primary sharing stories, laughter, and moments that matter. Big thank you to our friends at Kemtek and Key Insurance for donating books and helping us make an even greater impact.
Because reading isn’t just about words on a page, it’s about opening minds, building confidence, and shaping futures.

One wrong move in a disciplinary hearing could cost your organization more than you think:
-Unfair dismissal claims.
-Damaged employee trust.
-Costly legal battles.
-A reputation that’s hard to rebuild.

The truth? Most of these issues don’t come from bad intent, but from poor process.

That’s why HR professionals and managers need to get it right every single time.

Join us for “The Proper Way to Conduct a Disciplinary Hearing: Step by Step Guide” with Industry Expert Danny Robert’s and learn how to:

✔️ Navigate hearings with confidence
✔️ Make fair, defensible decisions
✔️ Protect both your people and your organization
