Pacesetters Toastmasters Jamaica

Pacesetters Toastmasters Jamaica Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization which gives its members the opportunity to develop and improve their public speaking abilities.

The Pacesetters Toastmasters Club was officially chartered as a member of the Toastmasters International family in April 2000. However, the Club has the distinction of being the second Toastmasters Club established in Jamaica by Justice Courtney Orr in 1987. Over its many years of existence the Club has achieved several milestones. These include producing Division and District Champions for Table

Topics and Prepared Speeches Contests. The Club has also achieved Distinguished Club status in Toastmasters International’s award programme for clubs – the Distinguished Club Programme. Over the past decade the Pacesetters Club has convened many educational and wonderful meetings at the Liguanea Club, which is in the heart of the Business District of New Kingston. The Club is open to all who want to become better speakers and leaders. The club convenes its meetings every 1st and 3rd Tuedsay of every month between the hours of 6p.m and 8p.m.
