🌱 What to expect:
Reconnect with nature through community living, camping 🏕️ and hiking 🥾. This youth exchange focuses on sustainability, connection, and shared outdoor experiences.

👥 Who we are looking for:

20 participants residing in Italy 🇮🇹 Spain 🇪🇸 Portugal 🇵🇹 Greece 🇬🇷 (aged 18–24)

From 14 to 21 August, our member Michela took part in a training course in Zeerijip, in the Netherlands 🇳🇱.

The course explored beauty standards and aesthetic pressure coming from media and the society. ✨

“Aesthetic pressure was defined as “the influence we feel — directly or indirectly — to look a certain way in order to be accepted, respected, or valued in society, and to conform to specific ideals and norms of appearance.”

“I had rarely reflected on the topic before, as I believed it did not affect me much. However, I realized that aesthetic pressure goes far beyond what we imagine. In my future youth work, I will be more mindful of phrases that might unintentionally create aesthetic pressure and will actively work to foster a safe and supportive space for young people.”

🚨CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS🚨

Hey community of R+! We are looking for 4 participants + 1 group leader (between 18 and 30 years old) from Italy to take part in the “Burn In, StressOut” Youth Exchange 🇪🇺.

🇷🇴 This project will be hosted in Beliş (Cluj-Napoca), from April 18th to the 26th.

🇪🇺Participants will have their expenses covered by the Erasmus+ Programme.

🧑‍🧒‍🧒Participation is free for R+ members.

From October 30th to November 7th our vice president Chiara took part in a training course in Elblag, Poland 🇵🇱 titled Living Collage.

This TC was centered around nonviolent
communication and embodiment, and this is an excerpt from Chiara’s reflections on this great and transformative experience. 🫂

“During those ten days, we built an intimate and intense growth workshop, creating bonds that continue to exist even beyond the training, with prospects for future collaboration. And that is one of the greatest gifts that an Erasmust experience can offer.”

From October 14th to 19th, Chiara, a member of our Romagna+ Plus Community, took part in the PONFE – The Power of Non-Formal Education training course in Vienna.🇦🇹

PONFE is a well-known training among youth workers interested in non-formal education, designed as an experience that is meant to be lived rather than explained.

Through unexpected tools like juggling, origami, learning games, and reflections on social inequalities and pedagogy, the training offered an intense and stimulating space to question our role as youth workers and our place in the world.🌍

Chiara is ready to share what she learned at PONFE, both practical methods and insightful reflections!✨

At the end of October 2025, we took part in COLAB – Morocco in Larache 🇲🇦 a rich professional development experience that brought together young changemakers from Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Greece, Sweden, Portugal, Morocco, and Italy through intensive exchange and collaboration.

During the week, we worked on territorial needs analysis, participatory design, and good practice sharing, strengthening our understanding of non-formal education, inclusion, cultural work, and youth engagement.

A key highlight was the dialogue with local realities: we connected with cultural associations, youth centres, festival organisers, and community groups driving impactful local projects. We even surfed with a local association, shared traditional meals with families, co-created a mural, and explored Larache through community walks, discovering the heart of the city through its people.

This experience blended professional growth, cultural immersion, and deep human connection, opening new paths for future collaborations and ideas. 🌍✨

Into the Wild brought young people together in Trentino, Italy, for a week of shared living, nature-based activities, and intercultural exchange 🌿

Through non-formal education, outdoor experiences, and daily group moments, participants explored sustainability, food culture, creativity, and inclusion while building strong connections across cultures.

Living close to nature became a way to reflect, collaborate, and grow as a community. A meaningful experience shaped by curiosity, openness, and shared paths.

We took part in Progetta l’Europa, a practical workshop series in Cesena focused on turning ideas into real European projects 🇪🇺✨

Across three hands-on sessions, participants explored how EU funding works, how to shape a solid project idea, and how to approach planning and budgeting through group exercises and real examples.

A great space to learn, exchange ideas, and get closer to European opportunities. Thanks to everyone who joined! 🙌

From August 21st to 24th, 2025, our team joined Echo Roots Italy, an Erasmus+ experience in the Lagorai mountains that focused on connection, reflection, and community. 🌄✨

Through hiking, group activities, and moments of sharing, participants explored trust, teamwork, and personal growth while reconnecting with nature and each other. 🤝🌿

The journey reminded us that meaningful experiences are built together, step by step, path by path.

Thank you to everyone who made this adventure unforgettable! 💛
