🦁 Thrissur Anglo Lions Club – Orientation-cum-Family Trip Report

The Thrissur Anglo Lions Club successfully organised an orientation-cum-family trip to Attapadi Oxy Valley on 29th & 30th. The group departed at 2.00 PM from Thrissur, with the enthusiastic participation of 50+ family members.

The programme included a club orientation session, followed by leisure activities in the serene, cool climate of Attapadi. Members enjoyed a welcome drink, a warm and engaging campfire evening, dinner, overnight stay, and breakfast, Trecking and lunch the next day. The group returned safely by 2:00 PM on 30th.

The orientation-cum-trip strengthened Lionistic values, fellowship, and family bonding, making it a refreshing and meaningful experience for all. 🦁

RELIEVING HUNGER PROJECT – MANNA

The Lions Club of Thrissur Anglo conducted the Relieving Hunger Project – MANNA on 18 December 2025 at Thrissur Sakthan Manna Panthal, in association with the Thrissur Corporation.

The project aimed at serving meals to the needy with dignity and compassion and was organised in loving memory of Late Shri K. J. Lukose. Lions members actively participated in food service and coordination, ensuring the smooth ex*****on of the programme.

The programme provided comfort and mobility support to bedridden individuals and was well received by the beneficiaries, reflecting the true spirit of Lionism through service.
