This Independence Day, we celebrate a freedom that opens doors to many others: the freedom to learn, explore and grow.

For children, access to quality education and digital learning can create opportunities that shape their future. At Pratham InfoTech Foundation, we continue to work towards making digital education more accessible and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn and grow.

Because true independence is the freedom to grow.

Happy Independence Day!

A good book can take a child places that a classroom may not always reach. It can spark curiosity, build imagination, encourage independent learning and, perhaps most importantly, develop the habit of asking questions.

At Pratham InfoTech Foundation, we work to bridge the digital divide and make quality digital learning more accessible to children. Technology and books are not alternatives; they can work together to create a richer and more meaningful learning experience.

With this thought, under ITC Limited’s Mission Sunehra Kal, library initiatives have been introduced across selected government schools under the My e-School Programme in Haridwar, Shirur (Pune) and Saharanpur. From books and bookshelves to digital learning resources, the aim is to give children more ways to learn, explore and discover.

Because every child deserves access not just to a screen, but to a world of ideas waiting to be explored.

On International Youth Day, we celebrate the curiosity, creativity and aspirations of young people who are shaping the world around them.

Access to the right learning opportunities, digital tools and skills can help young minds turn their aspirations into possibilities.

Here’s to a generation that learns, explores, creates and dreams without limits.

Young today. Limitless tomorrow.

What happens when a classroom gives children the freedom to question, experiment and discover?

Confidence begins to grow. Curiosity becomes visible. Learning starts to feel exciting.

This transformation was experienced firsthand by representatives from WNS Cares Foundation and its global client during their recent interaction with students and teachers at Aadarsh Prathamik Vidyamandir, Makhamalabad, Nashik.

The inauguration of the Mini Science Laboratory opened a new space where children can move beyond textbooks and learn through observation, experimentation and exploration. The visit also reflected a continued commitment to strengthening the school’s learning environment, including an additional contribution towards the school.

The delegation observed classroom sessions, interacted with students, teachers and the school leadership, and appreciated the efforts being made to create an engaging and student-centred learning environment.

For us, the most powerful part of the visit was not only showcasing the programme. It was seeing children proudly share what they had learned.

Together, WNS Cares Foundation and Pratham InfoTech Foundation are creating classrooms where technology supports learning, science encourages curiosity, and every child is empowered to imagine a brighter future.

Because meaningful impact is not only seen in classrooms but also in the confidence of every child who raises a hand, asks a question and believes, “I can.”

Technology can support learning, but its impact depends on the people implementing it every day.

As schools prepare for Academic Year 2026–27, Pratham InfoTech Foundation brought together 16 District Coordinators and 36 Sancharaks from Bengaluru, Tumkur and Surat for a series of training programmes on the implementation of Personalised Adaptive Learning (PAL).

Facilitated by our knowledge partner, Educational Initiatives, the sessions prepared the teams to use the Mindspark platform effectively, understand student-learning data, identify learning gaps and support schools with stronger implementation planning.

Through hands-on practice, discussions and field-based problem-solving, participants explored how dashboards and reports can be converted into meaningful classroom action. The training also helped teams prepare for monitoring, reporting, student engagement and day-to-day operational challenges during the academic year.

These sessions were not only about learning how to use a platform. They were about building the confidence and clarity needed to support teachers, respond to students’ learning needs and ensure that technology is used purposefully in schools.

By strengthening the capabilities of our Sancharaks and District Coordinators, we are building a stronger foundation for effective PAL implementation across our partner schools.
