Praja Praja Foundation is a non-partisan organisation that works towards enabling accountable governance.

Praja believes that accountable governance follows if you have:
• Well informed and Intentioned Elected Representatives (Municipal Councillors, Members of Legislative Assembly and Members of Parliament)
• Well informed Media
• Well informed Citizens

Objectives
• To act as the Watchdog on governance in Mumbai.
• To create Awareness amongst elected representatives, government, administration and ci

tizens.
• To Influence elected representatives to ask questions related to their constituency. Elicit participation from the people in the government’s decision-making processes so that accountability can be established in the system.
