We could tell you what our skilling programmes achieve. Instead, we'd rather you heard it from the women who lived it.

Impact sounds different when it comes in someone's own voice; A little braver, a little more certain than before. Press play and listen.

A heartfelt thank you to Transrail for their support in making these skilling initiatives possible. Partnerships like this help us turn dreams into reality for our beneficiaries.

Rescue is where the headline ends. It's where the real work begins. 🌱

The hardest part of this work isn't the operation that brings someone to safety — it's the months and years afterwards, when a survivor has to rebuild a life, an identity, and a place in the world that once failed to protect her.

That takes more than one organisation and more than one intervention. It takes classrooms, courtrooms, bank counters, shelter homes and government offices all pulling in the same direction.

Swipe through to see what long-term reintegration actually looks like — and why we measure success in years, not rescues.

Some journeys aren't measured in distance, but in everything reclaimed along the way. 💛

Riya was 19 when our team met her. What followed wasn't a single turning point — it was dozens of small, unglamorous ones: a document retrieved, a fee cleared, a form filled, a class attended, a person who kept showing up.

Recovery rarely looks dramatic. It looks like paperwork and patience, and someone believing in your future before you can.

Swipe through her story. Then remember: with consistent support and real opportunity, young women write their own futures.

Name changed and images are representative to protect identity.

Empowerment isn't handed over. It's built skill by skill, choice by choice.

Too often, women in underserved communities face barriers that have nothing to do with ability and everything to do with access. Our approach starts by meeting them exactly where they are, and walking with them toward where they want to go.

Swipe to see how we think about economic resilience, not as a single training, but as a whole ecosystem of opportunity, dignity, and self-belief.

From the back of the classroom to the national stage.

Faizan joined Vipla after struggling in a regular classroom. Reading and writing were hard, and his parents were deeply worried. But his strengths lay elsewhere — in sports, music, dance, and drama. Enrolled in the NIOS stream for Grade 8 with patient, consistent support in reading and writing, Faizan slowly began to open up. On 15th August, he delivered a speech that earned warm applause. His confidence grew — and he was selected for the "Quizable India" quiz, taking 1st rank in the district round.

That took him all the way to the national round in Gujarat, where — travelling without his parents for the very first time. He secured 3rd rank nationally and went on to pass NIOS Grade 8 with distinction: a proud milestone for him and his family.

Faizan's journey reminds us that when a child's strengths are nurtured and their spirit encouraged, they can rise far beyond expectations — from shy beginnings to the national spotlight. ✨

Inclusion doesn't stop at the classroom door. 🤝
Children from the Special Care Centre learn alongside students from mainstream and international schools — through art, sports, and academics. Shared classrooms, shared playgrounds, shared learning.

Different abilities, cultures, and backgrounds are never stumbling blocks here. They are exactly what makes learning together richer.

These moments do more than teach a subject. They build friendships, understanding, and a world where difference are embraced.

Inside the Special Care Centre: where learning is built around every child.

At Vipla Foundation's Special Care Centre, children with hearing impairments and intellectual disabilities learn in a space designed for them. Children with hearing impairments are supported with hearing aids and guided through structured speech and language development.

A multisensory, visually rich approach shapes how learning happens — visuals, activities, and hands-on tools help each child engage in the way that suits them best. And as language abilities strengthen, children are supported to transition into mainstream schools — a step that reflects both their progress and their potential.
When learning adapts to the child, it creates real access to education — and opens pathways to inclusion far beyond the classroom.
