History reminds us why standing for justice matters.

The stand of Hussain ibn Ali continues to resonate with people around the world as a symbol of refusing injustice and speaking out against oppression, even when the cost is high.

For many, it is a reminder that dignity and human life must always come before power.

The message echoed through history - including the legacy of Karbala - is that justice, accountability and the protection of human dignity must never be ignored.

In times where compromise feels easier and silence feels safer, this message calls us higher.

History honors the personalities who refused to bow to tyranny, who upheld truth when it cost them everything. And in reflecting on their values, we find the strength to uphold our own.

Smiles exchanged. Hands extended. Warmth received. 🤍

In Jaipur, corridors at Mahila Chikitsalaya filled with quiet gratitude as the Jaipur chapter personally handed clothing and blankets to families welcoming their newborns, marking the birth anniversary of Hussain Ibn Ali.

This was a reminder that the strongest legacies are carried forward not in monuments, but in moments like these. 🌸

In Mumbai, while families welcomed their babies into the world, Who is Hussain Mumbai walked in with small baskets and big intention.

The day marked the birth anniversary of Hussain Ibn Ali.

Instead of just remembering his story, we chose to live it through acts of kindness and compassion.

Each baby basket placed beside a hospital bed was a reminder that the values he stood for - courage, dignity, compassion - are not abstract ideas. They are choices we make. Actions we take.

A sweet box shared with mothers.
A greeting card handed to new parents.
A quiet moment that said: your joy matters.

Because honouring a legacy doesn’t always require grand speeches. Sometimes it looks like showing up - gently, quietly - at the very beginning of someone’s story. 🌸

In the quiet maternity wards of Mumbai, something beautiful was unfolding 🤍

On the birth anniversary of Hussain Ibn Ali, some of the city’s newest lives were arriving.

Team Mumbai of Who is Hussain visited 9 hospitals with 40 baby baskets, sweets, and heartfelt cards. Not just to celebrate a date, but to share a legacy.

Hussain’s story is one of choosing principle over power. Of protecting dignity. Of standing firm even when it’s difficult.

What better way to honour that legacy than by welcoming new life with kindness?

Because values like courage, compassion, and justice don’t belong to one community.

They belong to humanity.

And sometimes, they begin in the tiniest of hearts. 🌸

Because the life you live, even if it is inconvenient at times, is the life someone is praying for right now.

Through a series of thought-provoking real-life scenarios, our question to you is: what will you do differently today?
