The Centre for Organization Development (COD) is pleased to conduct a five-day Management Development Program for Junior-Level Scientists of the ISRO - Indian Space Research Organisation, from October 12 to 16, 2026.

The program focuses on strengthening managerial effectiveness, leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and organizational excellence among young scientific professionals.

The first three days have been filled with insightful sessions, engaging discussions, and interactive learning experiences.
