A small school bag carries the weight of a child’s biggest dreams.

Ensemble, in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization, conducted the ‘Backpack for Dreams’ bag distribution drive for 220 students at Government Model Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh, on May 12, 2026.

Students received backpacks filled with essential stationery items, including notebooks, pens, and geometry boxes, helping them begin their academic year with confidence and enthusiasm.

This initiative encouraged students to pursue their education with confidence, dream big, and work towards building a brighter future through learning.

Thank you, Ensemble, for giving these students an opportunity to move one step closer to their dreams.

On 12th May 2026, we inaugurated the Samarth Skilling Centre in Bengaluru with the support of CapitaLand Hope Foundation.

The Samarth Skilling Centre is envisioned as a youth excellence centre focused on mastering new-age skills and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for underserved youth. Through this initiative, we aim to train 550 young individuals across domains such as Banking Process Executive (Voice/Non-Voice), Accounting & Tally / Financial Product Sales, and AI Foundations.

Designed with an integrated approach, the program combines technical training, employability skills, and placement support to help youth transition confidently into meaningful careers.

We were honoured to have Sumit Gera, CEO, India Business Parks, CapitaLand Investment, inaugurate the centre, marking an important milestone in our partnership with CapitaLand Hope Foundation.

Every skill learned here is more than training. It is a doorway to confidence, dignity, and opportunity.

Empowering youth with advanced Data Analytics skills for a better future!

With the support of COLRUYT GROUP, Nirmaan Organization’s Youth Employment Program Centre at Tarnaka, Secunderabad, Telangana has successfully completed 3 batches, training 75 young graduates in Data Analytics and Power BI.

Yerrapenta, a small village in Lingala Mandal, Nagarkurnool District of Telangana, once struggling with no street lighting, insufficient water access, open defecation, and a school in dire need of repair.

Given the needle of opportunity and the thread of resources, women do not just stitch clothes; they sew their own independence.

Experian, with its 10 volunteers, in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization, organized a sewing machine distribution drive for 21 women at Vocational Training Centre, Tolichowki.

These women had successfully completed their tailoring training and are now ready to begin their journey towards sustainable livelihoods, with the sewing machines enabling them to start earning and support their families.

Beneficiaries also shared their personal journeys, reflecting determination and resilience, and expressed immense joy on receiving the machines, which opened doors to income generation and financial independence.

Thanks to Experian for supporting women in their journey towards financial independence.
