Light in the Forest: 50 Families, 50 New Beginnings ✨
Svechha Foundation recently distributed 50 solar lamps to tribal families living deep in the forests near Srisailam, Telangana—families who have never had access to electricity.
These simple solar lamps are transforming lives in profound ways:
🌙 Children can now study after sunset
👨👩👧 Women can cook safely in the evening
🐻 Families have protection from wild animals like bears and tigers
🌿 Safe lighting for night foraging trips into the deep forest
🚑 Critical support for medical emergencies and nighttime travel
The joy and gratitude on their faces reminded us why we do this work. Every lamp lit is a step toward safety, education, and dignity.
