Sometimes we don't text a friend because we think, "I haven't spoken to them in months, it might look strange," or "They're probably too busy."

But truth is, getting an unexpected text from a friend just asking how things are is one of the best feelings. It breaks isolation and reminds us we belong to a community that cares.

You don't need a massive life update or an excuse to reach out. Just two cups of coffee, a quick message, and a genuine check-in.

Who came to mind when you saw this? Don't overthink it, send them that quick text right now.

SAVE this post to serve as your digital sticky-note for the days you need a reminder to step out of the busy routine and connect.
