Four of our team members spent three inspiring days at the end of May being hosted by in Italy! 🇮🇹

It was a trip packed with deep learning and meaningful exchange. Our staff loved learning from Cerchio Degli Uomini's profound experience in running men's sharing circles, structuring their work with perpetrators of gender-based violence, and exploring gender roles through role plays.

We are incredibly grateful to the Cerchio team, Léargas, and Erasmus+ for making this collaborative learning experience possible. ✨

Father’s Day can hold a lot of different emotions. For many, today is a quiet day of remembering the laughs shared, the advice given, and the space left behind.

To everyone holding onto the memory of a father, grandfather, or father figure who is dearly missed, we are thinking of you today. Your love for them keeps their memory alive every single day. 🤍 www.mensnetwork.ie

You are never too old to need a moment of comfort, reassurance, or a meaningful embrace.

A father's hug has a way of making the world feel a little safer and lighter, no matter what age we are. Today, we honor the men who provide that sense of love and protection every day. 💙www.mensnetwork.ie

We are concluding Men’s Health Week on Father’s Day by highlighting the importance of intergenerational health and positive male role models.

When men prioritise their health, it creates a positive ripple effect through families and communities. At Men’s Development Network, we are dedicated to supporting men at every stage of life's journey.

Thank you to everyone who engaged with us this week. Let’s keep prioritising men's health every day.

The older we get, the more we realize just how much the fathers and father figures in our lives have shaped who we are.

A father is someone to look up to, no matter how tall you grow. Today, we’re reflecting on the lessons, the guidance, and the shared laughs that bridge generations. Thank you to all the men who continue to show up, support, and inspire. 🤝 www.mensnetwork.ie

It’s Saturday of Men’s Health Week, and today we’re saying: Let’s Get Physical. 🏃‍♂️🌳

Physical activity is one of the best things you can do for your body and your mind.
Getting active is always better when shared with others.

We’d love to see you at the Parkrun today! Whether you’re walking, jogging, running, or just coming along for a chat and a coffee, it’s the perfect way to kick off the weekend.
