A day of celebration, ambition and community.

This week we officially opened our new Cookery School, launched our Strategic Plan, and shared our vision for the BIA Food Club with Minister Dara Calleary, local TDs, councillors, stakeholders and community members.

🌱 UPCOMING GARDENING CLASSES AT ATEC 🌱

Are you interested in growing your own food, improving your gardening knowledge, or learning practical gardening skills? Our upcoming Gardening Classes at ATEC offer a great opportunity to get outdoors, learn new skills, and meet others with a shared interest.

Suitable for beginners and those with some gardening experience, these classes will provide practical, hands-on learning in a friendly and supportive setting.

📣 Have Your Say on Banking, Money & Financial Services as they affect you.

THURSDAY 28TH MAY BRILL Family Resource Centre @ 11.30.

BRILL FRC is pleased to host a Civil Society Engagement Visit with the Central Bank of Ireland. This is an important opportunity for local people, families, community groups and organisations to share their experiences, concerns and questions about financial services and the wider economy.

We would especially love to hear from the community about issues such as:
💬 Access to banking services
💬 Cost of living pressures
💬 Loans, debt or credit concerns
💬 Scams and fraud
💬 Difficulties opening bank accounts or accessing financial supports
💬 Financial wellbeing and inclusion
💬 Challenges facing local organisations and community groups

Your voice and lived experience matter and can help shape how financial systems better support communities like ours.

If there are questions, concerns or experiences you would like raised during the visit, please get in touch with BRILL FRC or come along on the day.
