THURSDAY 28TH MAY BRILL Family Resource Centre @ 11.30.

BRILL FRC is pleased to host a Civil Society Engagement Visit with the Central Bank of Ireland. This is an important opportunity for local people, families, community groups and organisations to share their experiences, concerns and questions about financial services and the wider economy.

We would especially love to hear from the community about issues such as:
💬 Access to banking services
💬 Cost of living pressures
💬 Loans, debt or credit concerns
💬 Scams and fraud
💬 Difficulties opening bank accounts or accessing financial supports
💬 Financial wellbeing and inclusion
💬 Challenges facing local organisations and community groups

Your voice and lived experience matter and can help shape how financial systems better support communities like ours.

If there are questions, concerns or experiences you would like raised during the visit, please get in touch with BRILL FRC or come along on the day.

Very proud of our The Free Store in BRILL FRC.
after a massively busy December, we thought January would be quiet!! 🙂
We run a humble free Store with a very simple concept!
People have lots of high quality items they no longer need (our donors!) and we welcome in everyone to our Free Store where our re-Homing people, come and bring these items home to be re used and re loved!
Simple.
and did we mention..........its Free.....no catches!
(The cost of running the Free Store is covered by BRILL FRC which allows us to be able to offer everything free!!!!)

We are very proud!!!
During the month of January, we were able to work with over 100 Donors, who provide our Free Store with wonderful donations and with 233 Families who were able to give these donations a new life and a new home.
We run a humble store where everyone is welcome and we thank all of our Donors and those who Re home the items for us. Circular economy at its very best!
You are very welcome to pay us a visit!
The shop operates on a take what you need basis whilst also respecting other families who may also wish to re home some of the items.
remember, everything is F.R. E. E. = FREE - No catches!

Our popular ATEC Baking Classes are back, with options to suit different schedules – mornings and evenings available.

Whether you’re looking to build confidence in the kitchen, learn new skills, or just enjoy baking in a relaxed and supportive environment, these classes are perfect for you.

• Monday mornings (5 weeks)
• Tuesday evenings (6 weeks)
• Friday mornings (6 weeks)

VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY NEEDED

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED.
As part of TESCOs Irelands's Stronger Starts Food Collection, we will be in TESCO Ardkeen, TESCO BAllybeg and TESCO Lisduggan on the weekend of Fiday 5th December - Sunday 7th December from 11am - 6pm each day.
Volunteers will be needed to staff the Food Collection points. This means standing with the Trolley in Store and accepting donations from customers.
All food collected from the 3 stores will be distributed to local families.
During Christmas especcially, it is lovely to be able to give a little something back.
If you can spare 2 hours, we would be really grateful for your assistance.
