Cast Applications Now Open!

It has been amazing to get such positive feedback on our show choice for the coming season and after many messages for information on how to be part of our cast, we are pleased to announce you can now apply with the link!!!

Auditions will be held on July 25th and 26th and this weekend will include a dance call for all prospective cast members. We ask that all new members of the society audition for something.

Cast members must be over 18 when our rehearsals start on October 1st (Apart from the role Chloe which will be auditioned at a later date).

On behalf of Shannon Musical Society we would like to express our gratitude to our Patrons and Sponsors for their ongoing support every year.

We wouldn’t be in the position we are today, heading to the AIMS awards weekend in June with 8 nominations, without your support.

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Shannon Musical Society has received 8 nominations for their production of Come From Away at the Association of Irish Musical Society Awards.

This is an amazing recognition for the hard work of our cast and crew and as always we thank our patrons, sponsors and audience members for their amazing support.

We would like to extend our congratulations to our neighbouring societies and friends around the country, especially to Muse Productions on their incredible 6 nominations, Ennis Musical Society, MIDAS, The Cecilian Musical Society, Limerick Musical Society, Tralee Musical Societyand a special shout out to Jamie Callanan, Eoghan Mann and Eoin Sheedy on their nominations.
