Jigsaw Meath provides free, confidential, one-to-one mental health support to anyone in Meath aged 12-25. Jigsaw Meath is here to help.

Jigsaw Meath is a service that promotes positive mental health for young people between the age of 12-25. We offer individual supports, information, advice and 1-6 sessions of one-to-one support, non-judgmental listening and goal-setting. If something's getting you down, or you're worried about someone, it can be hard sometimes to know where to turn. Sometimes it can seem like there's a lot to dea

l with. Studies, work, friends and family, s*x and relationships, drugs and alcohol can all pile on the pressure. Our youthhub in No. 1 Brews Hill in Navan is a great place to discuss any thing that might be on your mind.

🌟 ALL ABOUT YOUTH – SAVE THE DATE! 🌟

We’re proud to say that Jigsaw Meath is supporting The All About Youth Event, taking place on Sunday 20th September, from 2–5pm! 💛

We’re joining a huge line-up of services, supports, youth organisations, clubs and community groups from right across the county, all coming together to support Meath County Council in creating a fantastic day for young people and their families. There are simply too many organisations to mention!

Three of our Jigsaw Meath Youth Advocates, Angie, Shane and Emily, alongside Comhairle na nÓg Meath, have been helping to bring genuine youth voice to the table — sharing ideas, contributing to the planning and helping shape an event that reflects what young people want and need. Our Youth Advocates will also be volunteering on the day. 🙌

This kind of collaborative community effort is what makes events like this so special — bringing young people, services and organisations together to showcase the incredible range of opportunities, activities and supports available across Meath.

With a whole host of performers, interactive activities, services, clubs, groups and opportunities, it’s shaping up to be a day to remember! 🎶✨

We’re really looking forward to seeing as many young people, families and members of the community as possible. Come along, say hello, discover what’s available locally and be part of the celebration!

This week we celebrate ‘National Volunteering Week’. Jigsaw Meath is incredibly proud of all the volunteers, past and present here in the county and right across the country.

The theme of this year’s National Volunteering Week is “From Every Corner, For Every Cause” -celebrating the extraordinary collective power of volunteering — local and global — and honouring the people whose time, compassion and commitment make a measurable difference every single day.

Thank you to each and every one of our Youth Advocate Volunteers who help us to make a difference for the cause we care most about – young people’s mental health.

Well done to all of the Youthreach centres across the country who have already completed activities as part of Jigsaw’s ‘Do One Thing’ campaign.

‘Do One Thing’ is a mental health promotion campaign aimed at promoting young people’s mental health through participation in themed activities that are simple, engaging and evidence- informed. Participation is supported with the ‘Do One Thing’ guidance booklet, available from Jigsaw.

With the campaign running for the entire month of May, it’s still not too late to participate. Youthreach centres can take part over one day, one week or throughout the month or at a time that suits your 2026/27 curriculum.

A heartfelt thank you 💛 to Jacinta Casey, her family, friends, and the wider community for organising and supporting a phenomenally successful Easter Cake Sale. Jigsaw Meath would like to extend our sincere thanks.

An amazing €3,880 was raised, with proceeds shared between Jigsaw Meath and Nobber Community First Responders, another very worthy cause. Jacinta, you are truly a powerhouse! Your dedication to helping others is genuinely appreciated by all those around you.

Jigsaw Meath Youth Advocates are excited to launch a campaign they created — all about making sure you know: You Are Not Alone.

Most people know Jigsaw provides, free early intervention talk therapy for young people aged 12–25… but here’s what often gets missed 👇
👉 Support is absolutely here for 18–25 year olds too.

Too many young adults don’t realise they can reach out, talk things through, and get support when they need it. That’s what this campaign is here to change.

Created by passionate youth volunteers who want to make a real difference, this is about making sure no one feels left without support.

Call To Action: If you’re 18–25 — or know someone who is — help us spread the word. We will share one new poster every month for the next 6 months, Please share, re post, or send it to a friend 💬

Because the more people who know, the more people can get support when they need it.
