Great thanks to the everyone who gave so generously for earthquake victims in Venezuela. President Ger Honan Rotarian Appeal Team Leaders Pat Mullaney and Ciarain Stewart display the proceeds of €8,400 enabling the purchase of 12 Shelter Boxes to be shipped via Rotary Foundation as Rotary mobilises to respond to this disaster. This weekend, the Rotary Club of Navan is collecting in Navan Shopping Centre to support families affected by the devastating floods in Venezuela.

We’re raising funds with ShelterBox to provide emergency shelter and essential supplies to those who have lost everything.

Families have lost their homes and livelihoods following devastating flooding. Together with ShelterBox, Rotary is helping provide emergency shelter and essential supplies to those who need them most.

Great Success of Navan Choral Festival 2026 proudly supported by Rotary Club of NavanJust a snapshot of this major event pictures of the National Choir of the Year for more details click on the link https://navanchoralfestival.com/ President Alan Nelson of our club presented the prizes to the winners Fabre Ensemble led by Frank Kelly Runners up Glor Chamber Choir led by Ciarán Brady and Dynamics Vocal Ensemble led by Ciarán Kelly., for the National choir of the Year 2026.Great week of Music and joie de vivre with all ages from primary schools to adults participating. Amazing event particular praise to Sean Lynch and his team who organised and coordinated this now annual event of around 40 Discreet competitions and a vast array of Schools and Choirs and Solo Artists Musicians and Singers. Thanks to all who provided venues and the Churches in Navan. Thanks to the Newbridge Hotel for the welcome and warmth the visitors were met with and to all who supported and promoted nad helped with this mammoth event

🎄 Christmas Tree of Hope & Remembrance Launch! 🎄
Rotary Club President Alan Nelson celebrated the spirit of the season with students from Mercy Convent Navan at the annual event on December 12. 2025 year's slogan was “Pin a Yellow Ribbon on the Tree of Hope & Remembrance” to honour loved ones during Christmas. We were delighted that the Mayor of Navan Councillor Padraig Fitzsimons attended the launch the Annual Christmas tree of hope and remembrance
Alan expressed gratitude to the volunteers, especially John Craig, who started the initiative 13 years ago, now succeeded by Pat Mullaney and Ciaran Stewart. Hundreds of generous donations from the community show confidence in Rotary's mission, all contributing to local charities.
You joined us in remembering those we cherish this season—every ribbon on the tree brings hope! Thank you to the patrons of Navan and Johnstown Shopping Centres for your support! Thanks to all Rotarians and volunteers who gave so generously of their time. Massive appreciation to contributors and sponsors who ensure the Rotary Club of Navan can continue support our local community and local and International initiatives to in the spirit of Rotary motto of Service above Self.
