🌙 *RAMADAN 1447H ANNOUNCEMENT* 🌙

Assalamu alikum wa rahmatullahi,

Dear brothers and sisters,

The *NMCC* committee is pleased to announce that the crescent of Ramadan has been officially sighted in Saudi Arabia.

Accordingly:

*First Day of Fasting*: Wednesday, 18th February 2026

*Taraweeh Prayer*: Beginning tonight, Tuesday, 17th February 2026, after Ishaa prayer at *19:30*

We congratulate the Muslim community in Ireland and Muslims around the world on the arrival of this blessed month.

May Allah ﷻ grant us the strength to fast with sincerity, to stand in prayer with humility, and to recite the Qur’an with reflection.

May He accept our deeds, forgive our shortcomings, unite our hearts, and free us and our loved ones from the Hellfire.
