National Outlook for Outside Painting
Overview: Becoming generally warmer and drier with spells of hazy sunshine. Lingering light rain and drizzle will affect northern counties.

Friday night: Outside of showery rain near northern areas, it will be a dry night with clear spells but quite breezy. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 12 degrees, in a moderate to fresh westerly breeze.

Saturday: Dry for most with spells of hazy sunshine. A few light showers will affect northern counties though. Highest temperatures of 14 to 22 degrees, best values away from northern and western counties, all in a light to moderate northwest breeze.

Sunday: Dry with spells of sunshine and just light easterly breezes. Highest temperatures of 17 to 23 degrees, best values across the Midwest.

Monday: Generally dry with a mix of cloud and hazy sunshine. However, patchy mist and drizzle will move in across the western half of the country later. Rather humid with highest temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees generally, in no more than moderate southerly breezes.

Dear Residents,

We hope everyone is keeping well.

We would like to let everyone know that there has been a very slow uptake in maintenance fee payments this year. These fees are essential for keeping our estate maintained and looking its best for all residents to enjoy.

In order to continue services such as grass cutting, general upkeep, and other maintenance works throughout the year, we need more households to contribute by paying the annual maintenance fee.

We kindly ask residents who have not yet paid to do so as soon as possible. Your support makes a real difference and helps ensure our estate remains clean, safe, and attractive for everyone.

Thank you to those who have already paid and to everyone for helping keep our community looking great.
