Are you ready for Trick-or-treating yet? Halloween is approaching and we are organising a small competition. Let’s join in the fun!

We’re so lucky to have this lovely weather and the new green space that opened just last week!! .it was long overdue!!
While we enjoy the new area, we’d like to share some reminders, especially in light of some feedback we’ve received about the sheltered bike rack.

We’ve noticed it’s been used as a hangout, leading to rubbish and clothing being left behind. It’s also very close to the road, making it a dangerous spot for both drivers and children as kids often run out onto the road and over the other side near people’s houses.

We appreciate children playing outside but kindly ask you to speak to them about being mindful of people’s properties and noise levels, especially at night. Please also ensure they don’t leave rubbish and collect their belongings before returning home.

Thanks for your cooperation.

We received a request from a family. See below:
could you post a notice on the website that a family with one child is looking for a house to rent in Maple Woods for the long term? We can cover up to €2,000, and the landlord must accept HAP.

If can help please reply below.

Thanks

We were notified about dog fouling in the estate. Again. This is a recurring issue and we need everyone help in keeping our estate clean! Please be mindful of yourself and othersand pick up after your dog. If you let your children walk your dog, also remind them the importance of picking up after them. Thanks for your cooperation.

❗Be a responsible dog owner!

🐾Cleaning up after your dog is your responsibility. Dog fouling creates health risks, spoils public spaces and impacts everyone who enjoys our parks, footpaths and beaches.

♻Always carry bags and dispose of dog waste in a suitable bin. Failure to do so can result in an on-the-spot fine.
