✨ An excellent opportunity to gain expert advice, practical guidance and support in a welcoming environment.

This event is open to everyone, and whether you are a parent, grandparent, family member, professional or simply interested in learning more, you are very welcome to attend.

There is no set fee to attend. Our hosts are giving their time voluntarily, and all we ask is that attendees make a donation to support the work of The Midleton Hub. Every euro raised will help us continue providing accessible mental health services within our community.

A huge thank you to Lisa McCarthy of and Karen Stack MA who have very generously volunteered their time and expertise to support our charity.

Setting boundaries isn't selfish.
Taking time to rest isn't lazy.
Saying "no" doesn't make you a bad person.

We often give our time, energy and attention freely to everyone around us, yet struggle to offer ourselves the same care and compassion.

Boundaries aren't about shutting people out. They're about protecting your wellbeing so that you can continue to show up for the people and things that matter most.

It's okay to take a break.
It's okay to prioritise your own needs.
It's okay to choose peace over pressure.

Be kind to yourself today. You deserve the same care that you so readily give to others. 💚

⚖️ What an incredible response to Wills Day at The Midleton Hub! 💚

We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the level of interest in this initiative and are so grateful to everyone who has made contact so far.

There is still time to avail of this wonderful service, generously provided by Jennifer Paige Steel of Steel Solicitors. Jennifer is drafting and executing Wills in return for a donation to The Midleton Hub, with all professional fees waived in support of our charity.

Not only is this an excellent opportunity to have your Will professionally prepared at a fraction of the usual cost, but you will also be helping us raise much-needed funds to continue providing affordable and accessible mental health supports within our community.

A professionally drafted Will can provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones and ensure your wishes are clearly set out for the future.

💚 Thank You, Enable Ireland 💚

We were delighted to welcome Izabela and Rosa from Enable Ireland, Cork Adults Service, to The Midleton Hub yesterday, where they presented us with a very generous donation of €95.82.

This wonderful sum was raised through a Christmas Jumper Day held in December, and we are incredibly grateful that they chose to support The Midleton Hub.

As a local charity, gestures like this make a real difference. Every donation helps us continue providing accessible mental health supports to those who need them, and reminds us of the kindness and generosity that exists within our community.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising and supporting the fundraiser, and especially to Izabela and Rosa for taking the time to visit us.
