This week is Infant Mental Health Awareness week!

But what do we mean when we talk about infant mental health? From birth to 3 years a child's social and emotional wellbeing is developed through consistent, responsive, care and attention from their caregivers. This helps them to learn to regulate and express emotion, form close relationships and explore and learn.

If you'd like to know more about supporting your baby/toddlers mental health, these short videos from the HSE offer practical information on this topic.
