Friday morning you’ve got 24 hours to get yourself ready… bao buns, brownies, brews and plenty more on the way. Here’s a quick look at just a few of the culinary experts you’ll see across the weekend… Chef Paul from La Côte, Chef Peter from The Bailey and Smoker Extraordinaire Pat from Smokin’ Soul, all part of the Food Marquee line-up.

Each with their own style, all built around local produce and what they do best.

And that’s only a small taste of what’s coming.

ONE MORE SLEEP!!! until the kick off fireworks on the Prom, we then roll straight into a full weekend across the town. Streets will be packed with food and craft stalls, music running through the day and the gig trail carrying it on into the night. The Food Marquee will be busy all weekend with demos, local and national chefs, and plenty for kids to get stuck into as well........and don't forget everything else we have around it, kids entertainment, workshops, and the whole thing stretching from the Castle down through Weafer Street and out across the town.
..It's about this time when we really start to realise the size of the whole festival 😲😲
