✍️✨ Creative Writing Workshops – Everyone Welcome ✨✍️

In association with Limerick City & County Council and Dromcollogher26, Fighting Words Limerick will host a series of Creative Writing Workshops this June.

📍 Venue: Primary School Hall, Buttevant Road, Dromcollogher
🕢 Time: 7:30pm
💛 No charge – everyone welcome

📅 Workshop Dates:
• June 5th
• June 12th
• June 19th
• June 26th

Parking is available at both the front and rear of the school for convenience.

These workshops form part of a special commemorative project for Dromcollogher26. It is hoped that some of the work created during the sessions may be published as part of the centenary events, but only where individual authors are happy for their work to be included.

Whether you enjoy writing, storytelling, poetry or simply want to try something new, we would love to see you there 💛

🚨 CALLING ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY — WE NEED YOUR HELP 🚨

All are welcome to attend a very important meeting tomorrow evening, Tuesday, at 7pm in Dromcollogher Community Hall (approx. 30 mins).

Tomorrow night is the official launch of our individual €50 ticket sales campaign and WhatsApp broadcast rollout as part of our €26K for 2026 Fundraiser for the developments in Dromcollogher and Broadford.

This is a genuine plea for help.

The more people who attend, the bigger and more successful this campaign will be. We need your help to spread the message throughout the community and beyond.

Every person in the room can make a difference.

FOUND AND REUNITED WITH OWER. THANKS EVERYONE A13 year old staff called bear has wandered from knockgloss area Monday. He's a super friendly boy and knows his name well. We think his confused and maybe trying to find his way home, as his owner sudenly passed away last week that he spent every day with. We hoped he may have wandard into someones home by now for some food.
