FOUND B/W CAT BEAMORE ROAD, DROGHEDA CO MEATH / Monday Oct 05th, 2026 - NOW AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
______________

This friendly and affectionate cat was found across from Bryanstown Wood on October 05th, but no one has come forward to reclaim her.

So, we are preparing her for adoption. She will be spayed, microchipped, and vaccinations completed on Oct 29th.

WHAT'S SHE LIKE? As can be seen, she is very friendly and playful. Might be best as the only cat as other cats frighten the LITTLE MISS.

HOW OLD YOU ASK? - she is estimated to be 8- Months Old.

ROSEHALL ROUNDABOUT KITTY - NOW AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION ❤️
_______________

The story began with a 5-week old kitten stranded at the busy Rosehall Roundabout in Drogheda Co Louth. Fortunately for this young kitten, a construction worker and a woman named Sally came to her rescue, and a dramatic rescue it was! The construction worker scooped the kitten up in his hat, and the rest is history. That was on July 06th, 2026.

She came into the care of DAR on the same day of her rescue. And now she is more than ready for a new home.

FULLY VACCINATED & Microchipped. She is described as a little purr machine, a biscuit maker, and has the cutest little black toe beans. 🖤

'I DIDN'T MAKE IT' 😔 - FOUND ON HOEY's LANE, DUNDALK CO LOUTH - Sunday October 11th, 2026 - BADLY INJURED
_______________

This 5-6 Month Old Male kitten was found by a member of the public at the side of the road at Hoey's Lane beside College Manor in Dundalk on Sunday.

The cat is believed to have been involved in a car accident. He was brought into Allpets Veterinary Hospital in DROGHEDA, and DAR was subsequently called asking if we could help, and of course we said 'YES'.

He was in a lot of pain, and the after-hours emergency team gave him pain relief and did their best to make him comfortable but it was not meant to be. His broken little body succumbed to its injuries late Sunday night.

He was not microchipped nor neutered.

If this is your cat, contact us or Allpets Veterinary Hospital on 041 981 0000. He will be held at Allpets until Friday.

Message from a member of the public:

'We have a tomcat who showed up at are house today and we believe hes lost and in pain. He's super friendly and very vocal so we're positive he belongs to someone. He showed up this morning and hasn't left since. None of the neighbors or us recognized him so we're not sure if he's been dumped. We've just fed him and put out a temporary shelter.'

Anyone own or recognise this chap?
