πŸ’Ό Building skills and confidence for the workplace!

Over the past sessions of our Employment and Career Advancement Ladder, participants have been developing practical skills to support their journey into employment β€” from CV preparation to interview techniques and communication skills.

A big thank you to everyone who has taken part so far, and a special thank you to our facilitator, Gordon McDade, for making these sessions so engaging, practical, and valuable! πŸ™Œ

We’re looking forward to our final workshop next Thursday, 20 August, when participants will have the opportunity to put their skills into practice through mock interviews.

🌍 New projects, a shared journey!

Yesterday, we were delighted to officially launch the Multicultural/Intercultural Social Entrepreneurship Projects for the Traveller Community and Ethnic Minority Communities in Drogheda.

The projects will promote inclusion, entrepreneurship, community participation and new opportunities, bringing people from diverse communities together to connect, share ideas and play an active role in shaping the journey ahead.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the launch, and to our sponsors Louth County Council and community organisations for their support and participation. πŸ’™

This is only the beginning β€” we look forward to working together, listening to community voices and turning ideas into action over the months ahead.

The journey starts here! 🌱

Would you like to get involved?
If you’re interested in taking part in any of the projects or would like to find out more, get in touch with us β€” we’d love to hear from you!
