Join us for our Halloween family quiz! A great opportunity to meet other families and get kids together. Fancy dress encouraged!

As part of our Annual Fund Raising, the Parents Association have once again arranged for the children to design their own Christmas Cards. These then get sent off to print and you will receive a sample of your child’s card which you can choose to purchase if you wish (but there is no pressure on you to do so). If you do decide to place an order, the cards will be printed in time for Christmas with all profits going to the Parents Council who, every year, work tirelessly to raise funds to provide invaluable resources (and treats!) for our children. It seems very early to be thinking about Christmas, but it is a long process from the initial artwork to the finished product. The children may take their templates homes this week or they may complete in school. These will need to be completed and returned no later than Friday 9/10/2026.

When ordering your child’s card online, you will have the opportunity to personalise the message inside the card. You can also upload a new drawing or a family photograph to make the card extra special and personal.

SAVE THE DATE ….The AGM is a great opportunity to hear about what the Parents Association has been working on, share ideas and have your say on what we can do to support the school and our children over the coming year.

We would really encourage as many parents as possible to come along. You don’t need to commit to taking on a big role – even coming along for the evening and sharing your views is hugely valuable.

There will also be places available on the Parents Association Committee and Sub-Committee for anyone who would like to get involved. Whether you have lots of time to give or can only help out occasionally, there is always a way to get involved.

The PA is all about parents working together to support the school and build a strong school community, and we would love to see some new faces joining us this year.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated baked goods, helped out and bought our the lovely treats from our stall at the Craughwell village market.

We had a great day raising money for our kids and helping our community.

****Craughwell Market – Sunday, 20th September | 12–4pm ****

The Parents Association will have a stall at this year’s Craughwell Market, helping to raise funds for the St Patrick’s Day Parade in the village 🇮🇪💚

We’d love your support! We’re looking for donations of home-baked goodies for our bake sale — cakes, buns, biscuits, traybakes, etc.

Baked goods can be dropped to our stall from 11am on the day, or given to any member of the PA beforehand.

We’d also really appreciate volunteers to help out at the stall on the day. Even an hour would be a huge help!

It’s a great opportunity for us as a school community to come together, support a fantastic local event and help keep the St Patrick’s Day Parade going in our village. ☘️

Thank you as always for your support — we hope to see lots of you there! 😊
